Made two large purchases here. They have an excellent inventory of high quality furniture. Melodie was easy to work with and the orders arrived in a timely manner. There was a slight configuration mistake on my second order which I didn’t notice until I got home. I was nervous they would say it was too late since I had already taken them home but they acknowledged the mistake and quickly offered to order my replacements. They also threw in free delivery and let me hold the misconfigured chairs while I waited for the new ones to arrive so I had something to sit in. Excellent service and I would definitely come back!

It's a gorgeous showroom, reminiscent of some antique stores I've been to, and a kind gentleman welcomed us shortly after we walked in. The hope is that, at some point in the future, I will be able to afford one of their luxury genuine leather office chairs. They were awesome!

I had a wonderful experience start to finish with the whole Greenbaum Team, starting with my Sales Rep Jim all the way to the delivery guys and their custom fabricator. Greenbaum went above and beyond to make the furniture fit my needs, which are unique, and I LOVE it. I bought a platform bedroom set with drawers because I have kitties who like to hide. When I realized that there was access to the underbed, they sent their fabricator out on site and he was able to make something in about an hour and install it. No more problems or worries.

We recently purchased a sofa & 2 recliners and I can't say enough about the good service we received from David. He allowed us to check out some leather samples to take home for matching purposes. Jim Duffy, Greenbaum Home Furnishing My husband and I recently had the good fortune to meet Jim Duffy at Greenbaum Home Furnishings in Bellevue. We knew he was our guy within minutes after talking with him. He greeted us with a confident smile, and once he knew what we were looking for he showed us around the store and then left us to narrow down our selection(s). Jim has been in the furniture-and-design business for decades and it shows. He patiently answered our questions and helped us understand what we were purchasing. He has personality galore, and I get the impression he’s never met a stranger. He’s a natural. My husband and I throughout the years have visited many furniture stores and dealt with lots of interior designers, but Jim is the first person with whom we’ve felt a true connection. We already trust him to make sure we buy beautiful furniture and accessories that will be sturdy and long lasting. We are now a Greenbaum family all the way, and we’re excited to continue consulting and working with Jim. He should be commended for his hard work and dedication!
